Thronum Vrondor has always stayed true to their own sound which would be best described as 2nd wave Black Metal. This EP is the Greek's band more intense black metal in a far more stripped-back style compared to their previous one. The Hellenic BM scene has some more established bands casting quite a big shadow, but a few lurking in the dark still deserve more attention, and Dødsferd is definitely one of them!!

This album rocks! Has a great atmosphere. I really enjoy this type of BM that is more meditative, with excellent riffs. Love the sound of the guitar and drums. That snare drum hit is perfect. I am looking forward to future releases. Might be my new fav band!
